His first big catch was at age 7 on West Lake Toho, where he reeled in a 14 lb. 4 oz. largemouth bass on a Zebco 33 and 10-pound test line. That moment ignited his lifelong love for fishing. His journey from an enthusiastic young angler to a seasoned fishing guide is a testament to his dedication and love for the craft.
